Supervisory Appraisal Requirement & Upcoming

Who needs to take the Appraiser/Trainee Supervisory Course?
 
As of January 1, 2015, all new Supervisory Appraisers and new Appraiser Assistants must complete the course prior to application.  
 
All currently approved Supervisory Appraisers who enter into a new supervisor/trainee relationship must complete the course prior to assuming the new supervision.  
 
 All other currently approved supervisory appraisers who do not enter into a new supervisor/trainee relationship must have completed the course by December 15,2015.

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.   

 

This course meets the current NYS standards for real estate licensing and covers the 75-Hour syllabus which became effective July 1, 2008. 

Our proven learning system offers thorough preparation for the NY State licensing exam and is led by real estate expert, Tom Cusack, who shares his interactive teaching style, developed with hundreds of licensing candidates over 38 years of experience in his WNY classrooms.
NY Real Estate 30-Hour Remedial (Gap) Course
Accelerated Daytime Program Starts June 16th

NSalesperson's Remedial Gap Course: $249.00 includes textbook.
 
Daytime sessions start June 16th, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and also meets the 17, 18 & 19. Approved for 22.5 hours of Real Estate CE, but does not include 3-Hour Fair Housing requirement.

 

This course covers modifications to the NY Licensing syllabus which became effective July, 2008 and must be taken by salespersons licensed prior to July 2008 who wish to obtain a NYS Broker's License.

  

Topics include Contract Preparation, Predatory Lending, Pricing Property, Municipal Agencies, Property insurance, Taxes & Assessments, Condominiums & Cooperatives, Commercial & Investment Properties, Income Tax Issues, Mortgage Brokerage and Property Management. This program is instructor-led by Tom Cusack.

National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice Evening Classes Start July 21st

NY Residential & General Appraisal Qualifying course evening sessions starts July 21st. This course meets on Tuesdays & Thursdays, from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM 7/21, 7/23 & 7/28 including exam.
