All classes must be prepaid in full to guarantee seating. Course tuitions are fully refundable, provided students notify the center of cancellation by 5:00 PM on the day preceeding class. Mon. - Fri. students may call 716-683-4080 during normal business hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM weekdays, or Saturday and Sunday, students may cancel by fax (716-276-8028) or email (info@virtualclassrooms.com). Students who fail to notify the center of cancellation as described will forfeit all tuitions. All classes are subject to minimum enrollment.
