Effective January 1, 2015, this 4.0 hour course must be completed by all new Supervisory appraisers prior to supervising a new trainee. Currently approved Supervisory Appraisers must take this course prior to undertaking a new supervisory assignment. Currently approved Supervisory Appraisers who do not enter into a new supervisory/trainee relationship must complete this course by December 31, 2015. All Supervisory Appraisers should maintain satisfactory course completion documentation for future audit.
Appraiser Assistants who hold a current license do not need to complete this course.
This course elaborates on requirements, responsibilities and expectations of both Supervisor and Trainee Appraisers.
